Five continuous dosing programmes: closed-loop protection with NANOSAFE X, steam boiler treatment with NANOSAFE X 100 and NANOSAFE X 200 HAL, cooling system conditioning with NANOSAFE X 300 and NANOSAFE X 400 DC, and the NANOSAFE BIOCID microbial and biofilm control programme for cooling towers. Molybdate-based continuous dosing that prevents corrosion from forming and keeps scale from adhering in closed-loop systems. Applied after cleaning or at commissioning, with regular monitoring of hardness, conductivity and pH.

Continuous dosing programme for steam boilers to prevent hardness, scale build-up and corrosion in the boiler and condensate lines. NANOSAFE X 100 for industrial, non-food-contact steam; NANOSAFE X 200 HAL, formulated in compliance with FDA criteria, where steam may contact food products.
Outcome: Consistent steam quality; protected boiler and condensate lines; documented dosing programme
Continuous conditioning of cooling water. NANOSAFE X 300 delivers three-in-one performance in chiller, AHU and fancoil circuits: scale control, dispersion of suspended solids and corrosion protection. Open-circuit cooling towers and tower-connected exchangers are treated with NANOSAFE X 400 DC on treated (softened) make-up water. Combined with the microbial and biofilm control programme (B.5) where towers are involved.
Outcome: Fewer mechanical cleaning cycles; stable cooling capacity; protected heat transfer surfaces
Molybdate-based dispersant and corrosion control for systems where standard conditioning cannot keep up with fouling. Applied as a shock dose for system recovery or as continuous dosing for ongoing protection. System water must be treated (softened or purified); dosage is reassessed from fresh water analysis if untreated water is used.
Outcome: Recovery from heavy fouling; efficiency regained; deposit-driven corrosion prevented
Broad-spectrum biocidal treatment for control of bacteria, algae, fungi and biofilm in cooling towers, process water systems and industrial circuits. Shock, periodic or continuous dosing according to microbial load; prevents microbiologically induced corrosion (MIC).
