NANOSAFE X 400 DC is a molybdate-based, heavy-duty dispersant and corrosion-control chemical developed for industrial water systems operating under severe fouling conditions. It disperses particulate matter to keep suspended solids in circulation, prevents deposit build-up on heat transfer surfaces and prevents corrosion from forming on metal surfaces. Dose it into treated (softened or purified) system water; on untreated water, reassess the dosage from a fresh water analysis.

Usage and dosage
Shock or continuous dosing, depending on the contamination level. Dosage 0.2–0.4 L per m³ of system water. System water must be treated (softened or purified); if untreated water is used, the dosage must be reassessed on the basis of fresh water analysis. Monitor system parameters for optimisation.
