CLIMA CLEAR is a heavy-duty alkaline cleaner for HVAC maintenance. It cleans air conditioning coils and system surfaces exposed to biofilm, atmospheric contaminants and organic residues. Alkaline builders and a surfactant system penetrate fouled surfaces, emulsify contaminants and rinse without leaving residue. Cleaned coils recover their thermal efficiency.
