Removal of limescale, rust deposits and inorganic fouling from steam boiler surfaces to restore heat transfer and prevent failure. US DOE data: 0.8 mm of iron- and silica-bearing scale can raise boiler fuel use by up to 7%; as scaling advances, boiler plates overheat and become a safety risk.

Chemical cleaning of plate heat exchangers to remove scale, fouling and deposits that reduce thermal transfer. The inhibitor-enhanced formulation protects gaskets and plate materials during cleaning; the exchanger is cleaned by circulation, without dismantling.

Chemical descaling of steam generators. Product selection follows the tube material: NANO CLEAN for copper-tube generators, NANO CLEAN 100 for steel-tube generators.

Chemical cleaning to remove scale, deposits and fouling from tube surfaces by circulation. Where the system continues to run under heavy particulate load, the cleaning is followed by a dispersant treatment programme (B.4).

Two-stage chemical cleaning. Coil and AHU surfaces are cleaned with alkaline chemistry (CLIMA CLEAR) to remove organic fouling, biofilm and atmospheric contaminants; condenser tubes are descaled with the inhibitor-enhanced acidic descaler (NANO CLEAN) for copper, aluminium and mixed-metal configurations.

Chemical cleaning of cooling tower fill, basin and circulation surfaces: CLIMA CLEAR for tower surfaces, NANO CLEAN for scale in condenser tubes and NANOSAFE BIOCID for microbial and biofilm control. The combined treatment removes scale, biofilm and algae from high-load installations.

Alkaline cleaning of fancoil coils to remove dust, organic fouling and biofilm. Improves airflow, restores cooling capacity and removes odour sources in occupied spaces.

Chemical circulation cleaning of heating system piping and radiators. Removes magnetite, scale and sludge without dismantling.
