Pre-Commissioning Flushing

Two-step chemical flushing of newly installed heating and cooling systems. Removes welding residues, slag, oil films, concrete debris and standby-period corrosion accumulated during construction. Step 1: NANO CLEAN circulated through the new system. Step 2: NANO CLEAN NR neutralisation for safe discharge and start-up. We issue a flushing record for the handover file.

Post-Cleaning System Neutralisation

pH stabilisation of the system and of discharge water after chemical cleaning. Brings discharge water within municipal wastewater limits and prepares the system for protective conditioning. Mandatory final step of every chemical cleaning workflow.
