Molybdate-enhanced dispersant and corrosion-control formulation for industrial water systems operating under severe fouling conditions — chillers, open loops, and heavy-duty circulation circuits.
Why It Works
NANOSAFE X 400 DC is engineered for water systems where standard conditioners cannot keep up with particulate load and fouling pressure. Dispersants keep suspended solids in continuous circulation, preventing deposit buildup on heat transfer surfaces, while molybdate-enhanced corrosion inhibitors prevent corrosion from forming on metal surfaces under severe operating conditions. Dosage: 0.2–0.4 L per m³ of system water. Important: system water must be treated (softened/purified). If untreated water is used, dosage must be reassessed based on fresh water analysis.
